Friday morning the footings got poured. The first tuck load came by the front of the house and The Boo and I went from window to window to watch it's progress. He was less interested once actual work started and the truck was mostly stationary so we had to find other amusements. Pictures were taken on Saturday (various times) as Friday was mostly spent keeping the kinder and dogs out of the wet mud. The Pup did pretty well with being tied up and Lady stayed nearby without someone to roam with. As I don't see and dog prints in my footing I'll call that a success.
The concrete in the shaded corner is noticeably darker than the rest of the footing that was exposed to more sunlight.
