It's late March. We've had weather in the 60s and 70s for most of the month. And now, you guessed it, we have a major snow storm. We'd already have 3-4 inches if it were sticking. It's supposed to get into the 20s later today, and that really will make it stick. Where both of us grew up, this would be nothing, but the people down here just don't know how to drive in the snow. Nobody (except transplants) have heard of tire chains, much less have them. The prevalent philosophy seems to be: Slick roads? Drive faster!
Came down with a weird bug Thursday, slept most of Friday, and am now feeling better. I'm wondering how long I had the bug, as I was feeling down most of the week.
